I am the voice that greets you on the phone and the face that welcomes you into our office. I will do my best to put you at ease and make you comfortable. 

What can they expect when they come here?
I will also take your general information and establish your client file. Whenever you call, I will direct you to the right person or relay messages.  I am the person who makes sure you get copies of all correspondence and documents to keep you abreast of everything involving your case.  I am the person to bring you water to quench your thirst, tissues to dry your eyes and sparkling bubbly to celebrate your victory.  I am here to serve you.
